Returns & Exchanges

 

At Tiny Twins Clothing, we aim to provide high-quality and comfortable clothing for your little ones. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we are pleased to offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of purchase.

  • The items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition.
  • Free of any odors, stains, or damages with their original packaging with tags attached
  • NO returns or exchanges for FINAL SALE items , personalized items (unless defective) and  Tiny Gift Cards
  • Please get ready your order number before contacting our customer service team at hello@tinytwinsclothing.com to initiate a return or exchange
  • Do provide your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will provide instructions for returning the item(s).
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or damaged items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is safely delivered to us. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit
  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. Shipping fees for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We provide gift card for the full value of the items returned (except shipping fees)The gift card will be sent to your email and can be used for future purchases at Tiny Twins Clothing.The gift card is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  • Refunds will be issued only if the item(s) are defective or damaged upon arrival. In such cases, we will process the refund to the original payment method / gift card (as per customer preferences)
  • Gift cards or refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

 

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

At Tiny Twins Clothing, we take great pride in the quality of our products. However, if you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will make it right for you

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@tinytwinsclothing.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and photos showing the issue with the item. This will help us process your request quickly. 
  • Return shipping for defective or damaged items is on us. We will provide a pre-paid return label and offer a replacement, gift card or full refund (to the original payment method) based on your preference.
  • Customer Responsibility: The defective item must be returned in its original condition (including tags, packaging, etc) for us to process your return, exchange, or refund.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • International orders are eligible for returns under the same terms as domestic orders (within 30 days of delivery).
  • Return Shipping Costs: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Customs Fees: Any customs fees or import duties incurred during the return process are the responsibility of the customer.
